Terms of use

These terms apply to the TimeSheet Google Sheets add-on and to the TimeSheet Pro subscription, published by Benjamin Burel (contact: benjaminburel2@gmail.com). By installing or using TimeSheet, you accept them.
1. The service
TimeSheet imports hours from the time tracker you connect (Toggl, Clockify or TimeCamp), computes amounts from the prices you set, and creates invoices and PDFs in your Google Sheet and Google Drive. It needs a Google account and an account with one of these time trackers.
2. Free and Pro
The free plan is free for as long as it is offered. TimeSheet Pro adds the features listed on the pricing section, for $2.99 a month or $24 a year, or the price shown at checkout. Prices can change; a change never applies to a period you already paid.
3. Payment, renewal and cancellation
- Payments are processed by Whop. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it.
- You can cancel at any time from your Whop account. Pro stays active until the end of the paid period, then TimeSheet goes back to the free plan. Your data and invoices are kept.
- If TimeSheet Pro does not work for you, write to us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it.
4. Your data and your invoices
Your data stays yours and stays in your Google account, as described in the privacy policy. You are responsible for the content of the invoices you send, including amounts, VAT and the legal mentions your country requires. TimeSheet helps you, but it is not an accounting or legal service.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use TimeSheet to break the law, to access data you have no right to, or to disrupt the service or the services it connects to. Keep your API keys and license key private.
6. Availability
TimeSheet depends on Google, on your time tracker and on their limits (for example, Toggl allows a limited number of requests per hour on its free plan). We do our best to keep it working, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available or free of errors. Keep your own copies of important invoices.
7. Liability
TimeSheet is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for TimeSheet Pro in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
8. Changes and end of the service
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. If we stop TimeSheet, we will give at least 30 days of notice and refund any unused paid period.
9. Law
These terms are governed by French law. Before any legal action, write to us so we can try to solve the problem together.
